You will get on your deluxe river cruise ship on August 4 in Amsterdam. Among the cities you will visit as you glide up river to Basel and Zurich are: Cologne,
Rudesheim, Ludwigshafen and Strasborg. You will also go through the UNESCO World Heritage Site with loads of old castles and quaint towns lining the river.
When you get to Basel, several local city tours are offered as well as an optional day-tour to the beautiful city of Lucerne at the base of the Alps.
